2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Todd Manning
When I started watching OLTL, Trevor St. John was Todd, and Roger Howarth was on As The World Turns. I had been watching ATWT on and off since 2004, and Paul Ryan was one of the few characters I didn’t like. I couldn’t say if it was the character, the actor, or both. I just couldn’t find anything remotely interesting about him.
So when it was announced that RH was returning to OLTL, I was greatly disappointed. I didn’t like this guy, and now he was probably going to take the place of an actor, TSJ, who I actually enjoyed.
I’ve never been more wrong in my life. I quickly realized that Todd Manning was no Paul Ryan, and fell head over heels for Roger Howarth, his character and especially his relationship with Blair and Starr. Now I just want to watch all the things that I’ve missed.. Thank God for YouTube!
